Repkord.com Cancellations, Returns, And Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations & Adjustments

Orders cancelled that have been paid but not shipped will be refunded to the original payment method at customer request but will have a non-refundable 3.2% transaction fee deducted as we do not receive them back from our credit card processor. Gift Cards can be issued for the full amount if requested to avoid this deduction.   If we cancel your order due to a problem on our behalf (out of stock for example) you will be issued a FULL refund. 

 

Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-orders are charged when your reservation is made regardless of how far into the future the product will be available to ship. We will provide an estimated ship date on the listing but often times this is just a guideline as delays can happen in bringing new product to market. We will always communicate to you any updates to timing as situation changes. Pre-Orders are still subject to the same cancellation fees outlined above so please be sure you take this into consideration before ordering.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. All returns that aren’t a result of damage or defect on the part of Repkord are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must contact support@repkord.com to receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA Number)
  • You are required to provide photos of all components in your return packaging and document any damage or missing items.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be packed securely in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide your receipt or order number as your original proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once you are issued an RMA # and we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any used, damaged, or missing parts may result in a deduction of the amount refunded. We will always communicate any issue found and our proposed solution ahead of time. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the number of days indicated by your card issuer's policies.

Please be sure you familiarize yourself and agree to these terms BEFORE YOU ORDER.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Item must be packed securely in the same packaging you received it in. Any damage incurred during return shipping is the responsibility of the returning party. We highly recommend the purchase of proper insurance to cover damage imparted by the return shipping service.

Ship Speed / Priority Options

For anyone taking advantage of our free shipping offer, Repkord has the right to select whichever service we would like as the most economical means. You may request a specific shipping service but if it is a requirement you MUST pay for the specific service and priority you require AND notate it in the order notes. For most domestic shipments we typically use UPS ground but we reserve the right to switch to a comparable delivery speed from a different provider UNLESS EXPLICITLY PAID FOR AND INDICATED IN THE ORDER NOTES.

Returned / Refused Shipments, Return to Sender

If your shipment is returned to us as a result of the shipper being unable to deliver, either due to an incorrect address being provided or some other circumstance outside of Repkord's control your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be refunded less the cost of return shipping fees and the 20% restocking fee. If you wish to return a purchase to us it must be done through the proper RMA process by alerting us first and receiving an RMA authorization. The responsibility of verifying your address and someone being available to receive the package rests on you as the customer BEFORE YOU ORDER.
